Ty is a Wealth Advisor at Owenby Jones Wealth Management, LLC. In this role, he offers a wide range of comprehensive financial services, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate planning, with the goal of helping clients work toward financial freedom and peace of mind.
Before joining Owenby Jones Wealth Management, Ty worked as a Junior Financial Advisor at Georgia Financial Advisors, where he gained hands-on experience in financial planning and portfolio management. He also interned with Meals on Wheels Atlanta, contributing to their mission of serving the community. He has been in the financial services industry for one year and holds several important industry licenses through LPL Financial, including Series 6, Series 63, SIE, and the Series 65 held through Wealthcare Advisory Partners, LLC as well as being an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™ from the College for Financial Planning. He also holds various life and health insurance licenses.
Ty graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in finance and is currently pursuing additional financial certifications to further enhance his expertise. He is passionate about providing personalized financial advice and treating clients like family, helping them feel confident in their financial futures.
Outside of work, Ty lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia, and enjoys spending his free time hiking, fishing, watching college football, and staying active with sports and fitness. He is a proud member of the Atlanta Fly Fishing Club and the Atlanta Saltwater Sportsman Club, and he attends Christ the King Church in Buckhead.
